Strike

According to U.K.-based risk management firm Russell Group Ltd., the latest strike by workers at the U.K.’s Felixstowe port could disrupt £100 million ($108 million) worth of trade of toys, consoles and clothing ahead of the crucial holiday season, Indian Transport & Logistics News reported. Around 2,000 Felixstowe port workers have launched a strike until Oct. 5 over wages, raising serious concerns of supply chain disruptions in the run up to the Halloween and Christmas holidays.
