Toyota to close Russian factory; mulls selling the plant

Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corp. has decided to close its factory in Russia’s St. Petersburg due to logistical restrictions and resulting component shortage driven by the Ukraine-Russia war, EuroNews reported. The company suspended production at the factory in March. It might sell the factory.
