Taiwan’s Central Weather Bureau said that a 6.8-magnitude earthquake jolted the southeastern part of the country on Sept. 18, causing a building to collapse and derailing six carriages of a train at the Dongli station, Al Arabiya reported. The quake also caused landslides near the popular Chike and Liushishi mountains, trapping more than 600 people in the area.
