BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has suspended Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp's plan to create an alternative health care exchange to the Affordable Care Act marketplace, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. Originally set to go live in November, the new exchange would have had state residents sign up for health coverage through private brokers and not through the healthcare.gov website. The ACA waivers allowing Georgia to create its own insurance marketplace were approved under the Trump administration in 2020.
