Engineering firm sues former directors for allegedly causing $390 million loss

German engineering and construction company M+W Group GmbH’s U.K. subsidiary is suing three of its former directors for breaching their duties and obligations that allegedly caused the company £320 million ($390 million) worth of losses, Construction Enquirer reported. MW High Tech Projects UK is seeking damages from the former directors for taking loss-making contracts of three U.K.-based energy-from-waste projects in 2015 without due diligence.
