Willis adds five execs to natural resources team

Willis Towers Watson PLC said Thursday it has recruited five executives — two from Aon PLC, two from Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc., and one from USI Insurance Services LLC — to its North American natural resources business in Houston.

All five are newly created roles.

Bill Helander has been named head of natural resources North America in its corporate risk and broking business, Willis said. Mr. Helander was previously specialty leader for the natural resources sector at Marsh.

Matt Gelotti has been appointed managing director and growth leader, natural resources, corporate risk and broking North America. Mr. Gelotti was previously a business development leader in Aon’s Houston office.

Chris Mulvey has been named managing director and head of client management, natural resources, corporate risk and broking North America. Mr. Mulvey previously served as enterprise client leader for the natural resources sector in Aon’s Houston office.

Clayton Corbett has been appointed senior director and global client advocate for the natural resources business, corporate risk and broking North America. Mr. Corbett previously served as senior vice president and client executive with Marsh’s specialty practice.

William Hoke was named senior director and producer, natural resources, CRB North America. Mr. Hoke was previously a producer in natural resources at USI.
