Ardonagh Europe agrees to buy Dutch insurance broker

Ireland-based Ardonagh Europe, a subsidiary of U.K.-based insurance broker The Ardonagh Group Ltd., has agreed to acquire Netherlands-based insurance broker and consultancy services provider Leons Group, Verdict reported. Leons specializes in corporate insurance, with expertise in handling complex cases and international operations.
