CAC Specialty adds four executives from Alliance

CAC Specialty said Friday it has added four former Alliance Insurance Group executives to its newly formed senior living practice. 

David Thurber has been named senior vice president and Shannon Holt senior vice president of workers compensation, CAC Specialty said. 

Mr. Thurber previously served as general counsel of Alliance, and Ms. Holt as managing partner – workers comp.  

Mark Holt has also been named senior vice president of risk management and Yvonne Wiltse as senior account executive, CAC Specialty said. 

Mr. Holt was previously senior vice president of risk management at Alliance, while Ms. Wiltse served as customer service representative. 

“We have seen a growing need for senior living services in the evolving risk landscape following the COVID pandemic,” Mike Rice, CEO of CAC Specialty, said in a statement. 

The Denver-based specialty brokerage recently announced the launch of its senior living practice and the appointment of two former Alliance executives.
