Liberty Mutual executive Ryan to leave position

Tracy Ryan will leave her position as president of global risk solutions, North America, at Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. later this year, a company spokesman said Thursday.
She will continue to serve in an advisory role until her departure, the spokesman said in an email.
Ms. Ryan assumed the newly created position overseeing the insurer’s North American commercial property, casualty and specialty operations, in January 2020.
Ms. Ryan was named one of the Business Insurance Women to Watch in 2014.
Last week, Liberty Mutual announced veteran company executive Timothy M. Sweeney will succeed CEO David H. Long upon his retirement at the end of 2022.
