To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Health insurers in Rhode Island are asking the state for large increases in health insurance premiums in 2023, citing increased visits and higher health care costs, the Providence Journal reports. Insurers filed increases of 7% to 10% for the individual market, and 9% to 12% for the small group market, the report says. For larger employers, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island has proposed a 7% increase, Cigna Corp. an 8.5% increase, Tufts Health Plan a 10.4% increase, UnitedHealthcare an 11.3% increase, and Aetna Inc. a 13.4% increase.
