BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

At a time when many companies are beefing up their 401(k) benefits to attract and retain employees in a tight labor market, 74% of small businesses are still going without any plan at all, reports 401K Specialist. According to research commissioned by ShareBuilder 401k, most small business owners believe their business is too small and that 401k plans are too costly, and only 26% currently offer employees a 401(k) plan.
