Lexington names Swiss Re exec senior VP of property

American International Group Inc. has hired Darrell Pippin from Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as senior vice president of property for Lexington Insurance Co., effective immediately.
Mr. Pippin will manage Lexington’s regional property business throughout the U.S. and will report to Cliff Hope, head of property.
Mr. Pippin was previously head of E&S property at Swiss Re for 13 years. Prior to that, he held executive roles at various insurers.
