Lockton Cos. LLC has said Monday it has named EJ Hentenaar, its head of global financial risks, as CEO, Europe, effective May 1, as part of a new international leadership structure.

As part of its planned succession, Lockton said also that Neil Nimmo, now CEO of Lockton International, will become chairman of Lockton International, reporting to Lockton president and CEO Peter Clune.

In addition to his overall responsibilities for Lockton International, Mr. Nimmo will focus on Lockton’s international regions, Asia, Australia, Latin America and the Middle East and Europe, the broker said.

Chris Brown, now CEO Europe, is transitioning to the newly created role of president of Lockton International, reporting to chairman Ron Lockton.

He will work with Lockton’s global partners, develop Lockton’s international growth strategy and focus on globalization of Lockton’s key industry practices, the company said.

Lockton said in March it had hired American International Group Inc. cyber liability insurance executive Michelle Faylo as its U.S. cyber and technology leader.
