To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Health insurance premiums in Affordable Care Act marketplaces declined in most states in 2022 for a third straight year, while employer-sponsored insurance premiums increased, according to a new study from the Washington, D.C.-based Urban Institute, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. Marketplace premiums declined 1.8% on average in 2022, after a 1.7% decline in 2021, and a 3.2% drop in 2020, researchers found. Employer-sponsored plans saw a 3.6% increase on average in 2021, down slightly from a 3.9% increase in 2020, the report says.
