Third storm brings more chaos, damage in UK

Storm Franklin pummeled the U.K. on Feb. 21 becoming the third storm to batter the country within a week after Storm Dudley and Storm Eunice caused widespread damage and power and travel disruptions in the U.K., NDTV reported citing Reuters. The U.K.'s Met Office issued amber weather warning for Northern Ireland, while people in Yorkshire and Manchester were evacuated as Storm Franklin passed through the country.
