SCOTUS hearing on vaccine mandates suggests majority may curtail OSHA rule

The U.S. Supreme Court appeared likely to curtail the Biden administration’s most sweeping mandate for COVID-19 vaccinations, Axios reports. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration has said employers with more than 100 workers must require their workers to either get vaccinated or tested every week. During oral arguments Jan. 7 the court’s conservative majority seemed generally uncomfortable with the scope of OSHA’s requirement.
