Investors are demanding nearly €2.2 billion ($2.5 billion) from pharmaceutical firm Bayer AG in a possible German class-action lawsuit over Bayer’s $63 billion acquisition of U.S.-based agrochemical company Monsanto Co. in 2016, Reuters reported.
