The U.S. Supreme Court on Dec. 13 declined to block New York's coronavirus vaccine mandate for health care workers, which does not allow for religious exemptions, Axios report. A group of health care workers had sued the state, arguing the mandate violated their religious freedoms. A federal judge agreed with the plaintiffs that New York must allow religious exemptions, but the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the mandate.
