BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Despite overall satisfaction of consumers with telemedicine, patients were less impressed by the services this year as compared to last, according to a new report from Rock Health, reports Becker’s Hospital Review. Rock Health, a San Francisco based venture fund, found that in 2020, 53% of respondents reported higher satisfaction with live video telemedicine compared to in-person interactions. However, in 2021, only 43% of respondents reported the same.
