U.S.-based Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Australian property and casualty insurance broker Sound Insurance Services Inc., UK Time News reported. Sound Insurance caters to small and medium-sized corporates in the Melbourne Central Business District and Victoria, Australia.
