7.5-magnitude quake damages shopping centers

The Geophysical Institute of Peru said that a 7.5-magnitude earthquake jolted central and northern Peru on Nov. 28, causing power outages and damaging two shopping centers and more than 200 homes, Reuters reported. The quake did not trigger a tsunami warning and there were no reports of fatalities.
