Insurers settle mall damage claim for $43 million

Singapore-based real estate investment trust Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust has agreed to a $334 million Hong Kong ($43 million) payout from its insurers for damage to its Festival Walk mall in Hong Kong during 2019 anti-government protests, The Business Times reported. The insurers have paid HKD263 million in interim payments already.
