IMA hires former Willis exec for M&A post

IMA Financial Group said Monday it has hired former Willis Towers Watson senior account executive Jordyn Arons Rosen as its national practice director, private equity and M&A.
Ms. Arons Rosen, who is based in Dallas, will oversee the design, placement and financial institution support for mergers and acquisitions within IMA’s roster of clients, the brokerage said in a statement. She focused on M&A and financial institutions business across a variety of industries while at Willis, the statement said.
IMA said in October it had agreed to buy Bellevue, Washington-based Parker, Smith & Feek Inc., the 49th largest broker of U.S. business.
