Daewoo Shipbuilding probes latest cyber attack

South Korean shipbuilder and defense contractor Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. is investigating a possible cyber attack on its computer systems that was attempted on Oct. 24, Maritime Executive reported. This is the company’s second cybersecurity incident this year. The company claims that no defense-related information has been compromised in the incident.
