Specialty reinsurer IQUW to acquire Lloyd’s insurer

U.K.-based specialty insurer and reinsurer IQUW Group is set to acquire Lloyd’s insurer Agora Holdings, which offers property insurance and reinsurance and also manages Syndicate 3268 at Lloyd’s, The Royal Gazette reported. The acquisition is set to take place in upcoming days.
