Two tornadoes hit Queensland

The Bureau of Meteorology in Australia has confirmed a tornado in Pittsworth south-west of Toowoomba in the state of Queensland, and it was investigating another one observed at Bracewell near Gladstone, ABC News reported. Damaging winds, large hailstones and heavy rainfall, which could lead to flash flooding, was possible on Oct. 19, with the most severe cells expected on Oct. 18.
