Broker Brown & Brown Inc. has acquired Winston Financial Services Inc., a Manasquan, New Jersey-based provider of digital benefit communication, enrollment and administration products for employers across the United States, reports WDRB.com. The company will continue to operate as Winston Benefits from their offices in New Jersey under the leadership of Colin and Curran Bradley.
