AssuredPartners Inc. will acquire Employee One Benefit Solutions LLC of Baltimore, expanding its benefits consulting and management services, reports WFMZ.com. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida, AssuredPartners is the 11th-largest brokerage, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
