Greco acquires leading insurance broker in Central, Eastern Europe

Austria-based specialist insurance broker Greco International AG has acquired 72% stake in Latvia-based MAI CEE Insurance Brokers Ltd. from Oman-based Risk Management Services LLC, Commercial Risk reported. MAI CEE is a risk, insurance and employee benefits consultant in Central and Eastern Europe and its merger with Greco will help the latter strengthen its operations in the CEE region.
