Anthem, Hartford HealthCare to collaborate on value-drive care

Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Hartford HealthCare announced that they have reached a new agreement to jointly deliver value-driven health care programs and plans in Connecticut, reports the Valdosta Daily Times. As part of the agreement, the insurer and healthcare system commit to a collaborative relationship focused on driving lower costs and utilization through an enhanced focus on primary and preventative care.
