Charles Taylor launches medical bill review unit

Insurance services provider Charles Taylor on Tuesday launched a medical bill review company for employers, third-party administrators, insurers, government entities and self-funded payers, and international payers. 

Guardian Managed Care Solutions will operate independently from medical networks and was designed to minimize administrative burdens, according to a Charles Taylor statement.

The unit’s systems are capable of integrating with “every major claims management platform in the market,” the company said.  

Guardian will work with all health care providers impartially and layers preferred provider organization networks to address individual client needs, said Chris Schaffer, CEO of Charles Taylor TPA, in the statement.
