Bharti Axa General Insurance’s sale to ICICI Lombard completed

India-based Bharti Enterprises Ltd. and France-based insurer Axa SA have completed the combination of their non-life insurance operations in India into ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd., Reinsurance News reported.
