Wisconsin firm diverted retirement savings deductions: Court

A federal judge has signed a default judgment against a Wisconsin company after an investigation found it failed to forward workers’ retirement savings contributions, reports Fox11 News. A U.S. Department of Labor investigation found that from January 2016 to September 2019, Pinnacle Machine LLC executives failed to forward employee contributions in a timely manner to the Pinnacle Machine Savings & Retirement Plan. The Appleton, Wis., company has since gone out of business.
