BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Krasner rejoins Willis as CFO after six months away

Willis Towers Watson PLC on Monday named Andrew Krasner as its chief financial officer, succeeding Mike Burwell, who is leaving the company.

Mr. Krasner previously was global treasurer and head of mergers and acquisitions at Willis before leaving to become CFO at AssuredPartners Inc. in February.

Mr. Burwell will take on a senior role in the medical and data analytics industry, Willis said in a statement.

Mr. Burwell is the latest in a series of senior executives to leave the brokerage following the proposed sale of Willis to rival Aon PLC last year. That deal collapsed last month in the face of regulatory opposition.

Earlier this month, Willis announced that CEO John Haley would be succeeded Jan. 1 by Carl Hess, head of the brokerage’s risk and reinsurance segment.
