McDonald's shakes run dry due to supply chain disruptions

Supply chain disruptions have hit McDonald's Corp. which has ran out of bottled drinks and milkshakes across its locations in England, Scotland and Wales, The Independent reported. A shortage of truck drivers, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic and relocation of thousands of EU drivers after the end of the Brexit transition period, is creating supply chain woes in the U.K.
