PCF Insurance Services Inc. made three acquisitions during the week, the brokerage announced.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
PCF said Thursday it had acquired The Peterman Group of Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania.
The Peterman Group owners and agency principals John Peterman, Todd Peterman and Mike MacNeal will become owners and partners of PCF, the statement said.
On Wednesday, PCF said it acquired Dukes-Moore Insurance Agency Inc. of Chestertown, Maryland.
Dukes-Moore Insurance Agency partners Michael and Wendy Moore will become owners and partners of PCF, the statement said.
On Tuesday, PCF said it had acquired Rice Insurance LLC of Bellingham, Washington.
Rice Insurance partner James Fritts will become an owner and partner of PCF Insurance Services, the statement said.
According to an email from a spokeswoman, the number of employees joining PCF in each transaction is Peterman 41, Dukes-Moore 7 and Rice 116.
