Sasria gets over $800 million damage claims from riots

Insurer South African Special Risk Insurance Association SOC Ltd. has received 12 billion South African rand ($816 million) worth of damage claims related to the latest riots that erupted after the arrest of former South African president Jacob Zuma, News Ghana reported citing Xinhua. The insurer expects the claims to increase up to ZAR20 billion as businesses have another 30 days to file claims.
