Some employers may tack on health coverage surcharges for employees who refuse to get fully vaccinated against COVID-19, according to Becker’s Hospital Review. According to a blog by Mercer, a unit of Marsh & McLellan Cos. Inc.,  the health insurance surcharge for unvaccinated employees is like those levied for tobacco users.
