Hylant Group acquires Cobalt Benefits

Hylant Group Inc. has acquired Cobalt Benefits, a Bristol, Ind., firm that specializes in self-funded benefit plans and traditional property/casualty and life/health insurance services, reports Inside Indiana Business. Toledo, Ohio-based Hylant a week earlier announced plans to increase its presence in Indiana, the report says.
