The Nevada Division of Insurance reports that the proposed average increase for plans sold on the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange through Nevada Health Link will be 4.1%, according to Nexstar Media. State regulators are inviting consumer feedback before approving the proposed rate increases ahead of open enrollment.
