Howden buys Italian broker; launches Italian unit

U.K.-based insurance broker Howden Broking Group Ltd. has launched its Italian unit by acquiring Italian brokerage Andrea Scagliarini SpA, Verdict reported. The transaction further expands Howden’s footprint in the European region.
