Health insurance tops list of most desired employee benefit: Survey

Health insurance is the employee benefit that job seekers would want most in a post-pandemic America, according to a survey by DirectlyApply, a London-based employment search service, reports the Valdosta Daily Times. After health insurance, selected by 17.5% of respondents, was paid vacations at 15.7%, and dental insurance at 15%. 401(K) retirement benefits were next with 14%, while vision insurance was cited by 11.9%, and life insurance had 10.4% of the votes, the article says.
