New Hampshire introduces voluntary paid family leave program

New Hampshire has introduced a new paid leave program, called the Granite State Paid Family Leave Plan, that provides workers with 60% wage replacement for up to six weeks of work per year if they take time off for personal health or family reasons, reports JD Supra. The New Hampshire program, effective July 1, is voluntary, meaning both individuals and employers can choose whether to participate in the program.
