Allianz’s UK unit separates commercial and personal divisions

German insurer Allianz SE’s British subsidiary Allianz Holdings PLC has restructured its operations to separate commercial and personal insurance divisions in a bid to streamline operations, UK Time News reported. In line with the changes, Allianz has named Simon McGinn as chief executive of Allianz Commercial and Steve Treloar as CEO of Allianz Personal, effective immediately.
