Who says the rich and famous have it all? Not quite, according to the New York Times’ DealBook newsletter on Friday.

Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson are flying to space this month without purchasing any liability insurance, according to insurance brokers who spoke with the Times.

Virgin Galactic founder Mr. Branson is planning to fly to the edge of space on Sunday and Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos also plans to venture into space nine days later.

Insurance brokers told the newspaper that they haven’t seen any evidence of coverage in case either gets injured, or worse, dies on the journey. Branson, Virgin Galactic and Blue Origin declined or didn’t respond to requests for comment from the Times.
