Generali to merge Czech and Slovakian units
Posted On: Jun. 30, 2021 9:29 AM CSTInsurers Generali CEE Holding BV is planning to merge its Czech unit Generali Ceska pojistovna AS with Generali Slovakia, subject to approval from the relevant supervisory authorities, Xprimm reported. Post-merger, Generali’s Slovakian business will operate as a branch of Generali Ceska pojistovna under the name Generali Poistovna.
