BRP, Nasdaq partner on D&O programs

BRP Group Inc. said Thursday it has entered into an exclusive collaboration with the Nasdaq stock exchange, to offer tailored directors and officers liability insurance programs for its listed companies through its subsidiary, AHT Insurance.

Mike Tomasulo, AHT’s Boston-based managing partner and national management liability practice leader, said there are no set insurers or limits at this point.

“We’re in the process of assessing the needs of the companies, creating customized solutions through corporate governance initiatives and through potential captive solutions and launching a proprietary benchmark platform” for Nasdaq companies, he said.

BRP Group said Monday it has agreed to buy South Dennis, Massachusetts-based RogersGray Inc. and two related brokerages with combined revenues of about $38.8 million.
