Suits against corporate retirement plans continue

Lawsuits filed against 401(k) and other retirement plans show no sign of easing, Plan Sponsor reported. In just 2020 more than 90 Employee Retirement Income Security Act class action lawsuits were filed, with even very small plans being sued.
