Casino operator Las Vegas Sands faces $12 billion lawsuit

Asian American Entertainment Corp. Ltd. has launched a $12 billion lawsuit in a Macau court against U.S.-based casino operator Las Vegas Sands Inc. for alleged breach of contract, Fox Business reported citing Reuters. Asian American Entertainment claims that it jointly submitted a bid for a gaming concession in Macau with Sands, which switched to another partner during the process and won the concession using a near identical bidding offer.
