Cover Whale snags TigerRisk exec

Cover Whale Insurance Solutions Inc., an insurtech firm focused on commercial auto, has named former TigerRisk Partners LLC specialty casualty head Kevin Abramson as its president.

Mr. Abramson will lead efforts to expand insurer and distribution partnerships, the broker's statement said Monday. He will be based in Philadelphia.

Prior to TigerRisk, Mr. Abramson was executive vice president at Willis Re North America.
